“Our chief want in life is someone to inspire us to be what we want to become”. Mentoring is the shortcut to personal growth. It is growing quickly without going through the school of hard knocks. The quickest way to succession planning is through a program of mentoring. Mentoring skills are leadership skills. Everyone needs a mentor and must strive to mentor someone. Mentoring skills are a must have in one’s management and leadership toolkit. Organizations should endeavor to put in place a mentorship policy and program, train mentors and mentees and implement the program.

The Training
In this training, participants acquire mentorship and coaching skills. Organizations get to know how establish a mentorship infrastructure, implement, monitor and evaluate the program.
