That the environment is transformed and the different normal is upon us is without dispute. There has been several drivers for this reality. The advent of the 4th industrial revolution, artificial intelligence and the global pandemic have shaken things. The different leaders’ response to the pandemic has indicated the importance of having agile leaders. The assumption that those in leadership positions know what to do is a myth. Lifelong learning is a must for everyone but much more so for those who hold positions of leadership at all levels.

The Training
In this one to two-week training leaders acquire agility skills including creativity, critical thinking, strategic thinking, leading, governing, pioneering, harnessing diversity and self-management.

The Audience
This training is for management levels up to executives and boards of directors. For governments, these will be senior officers including deputy directors, permanent secretaries, cabinet ministers and members of parliament.
