Performance Management

Performance management concerns achieving results through others. It is commonly accepted now that a culture that puts people at the center is one that is geared for success. It is also admitted that performance is a function of feelings or emotions and perceptions of staff; that happy staff are better workers. That engaged staff give customers the magic moments every organization craves; that staff motivation is a leading indicator or driver of performance. The fact that performance must be managed implies that it can be mismanaged too.

The Training
The training therefore includes conceptualizing performance management; employee trust and commitment, performance culture, creating intrinsic motivation; aligning employee experiences; reward management and handling conflict.
