Balanced Scorecard Toolkit

This Kaplan and Norton model that made its first advent in 1992 has become the integrated planning and performance management system of our time. With its capacity to both cascade the plan and align all the organization’s parts to the vision, the model moved from its original private sector audience to governments and non-government entities. Its strength lies in focusing the organization, balancing the actions, data governance and measuring improvement. But even more important is the fact both the planning (strategy formulation) and performance management (strategy execution) are brought together in one tool.
